Anti-Nutrient

What are anti-nutritrents? Anti-nutrients are natural or synthetic compounds that interfere with the absorption of nutrients. There are over 8000 chemicals in use in the modern world. They are not only destroy our cells and act as anti-nutrients,  but also behave as hormones in our body. Toxic Metals, act as anti-nutrients as well, such as lead, cadmium, mercury, aluminium, and arsenic etc. Heavy metals become concentrated as a result of human caused activities and can enter plant, animal, and human tissues via inhalation, diet, and manual handling. Then, they can bind to and interfere with the functioning of vital cellular components. They poison our sulphur containing enzymes critical for health and are know to cause cancer, high blood pressure, inflammation, decreased antioxidant levels and are estrogenic.

Chemicals and heavy metals can drive your behaviour with some manifests, even you would not notice the heavy metal toxic threat to our health. Here are some examples of anti-nutrients, their source, effects in excess on mental health, and nutritional protectors, which help to lower body levels of these unwanted substances:
